First Time Home Buyer / Home Buyer Rebate:
You can donate 
15% of our commission to charity of your choice or get it back at the time of the settlement or put it toward your closing costs. That can be $300-$30,000 money back at settlement! It is approximately $500 per every $1000 of the home price. That is about $2,500 on a $500,000 home and $5,000 back on a $1,000,000 home. You do the math!

New Construction Rebate:
In case of a new construction homes we will return 1% of home price back to you at the time of the settlement. That is a third of our buyer's agency income. That is $5000 cash back at settlement for purchasing of a $500,000 and $10,000 on a $1,000,000 new construction home.
